To delete your account, navigate to Settings > Account Privacy > Deactivate/Delete Account. Please note that account deletion is permanent and all your profile data, match history, and messages will be removed. If you just need a break, we recommend Hiding your profile instead.

A Verified Badge is displayed on profiles that have completed their mandatory ID verification process (using Aadhaar, PAN, or Passport). Verified profiles receive a verified icon next to their name, and historically enjoy up to 2x higher match engagement rates.

Yes, you can update your registered email address by going to your Account Settings page. For security reasons, you will be required to verify the new email address before the change takes effect.

No, ShadiMatrix does not support automatic renewals. Once your premium membership period ends, your account will simply revert to the free plan, and you will not be charged automatically. You can choose to renew manually at any time.

You have full control over who sees your photos. By default, they are visible to all members. You can configure your privacy preferences to show your photos only to accepted matches, or hide them entirely, making them available only on request.

If you encounter any profile that appears fake, abusive, or suspicious, click the "Report Profile" button located on their profile page. Alternatively, you can contact support directly with the profile ID. Our moderation team reviews all reports within 24 hours.
